As Lagos and Abuja begin total lockdown today March 31st, Senator Dino Melaye took to his Instagram to shear his thought on the definition of Isolation, Quarantine and Total lockdown.
As said by Dino With Laughter if you are staying at home with money, you are in isolation, if you are staying at home broke, you are in quarantine, but if you are staying at home, broke and with trouble wife, you are in total lockdown”, the picture displayed.
