Simi, one of the biggest female artist, recently reflected on her past days as an upcoming musician. This came after a Twitter post talked about how she used to prod popular producer Don Jazzy to listen to her mixtape. The tweep named Sway Hop on Twitter took to the mini-blogging site to write a motivational post about how the beautiful musician had started out her career with a lot of hard work and dedication. Sway Hop made reference to the fact that she used to pester Don Jazzy to listen to her first mixtape. According to the tweep, it was her strong persistence that won the day and got her to the position she is now. There were also shared screenshots of the ‘pestering tweet’ the female diva shared at that time. Many Nigerians who read the tweet could not agree better with the tweep. They talked about how the brightest star shines longer by being consistent.
