Nigerian vocalist, Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy, has publicly supported his partner, Ivy Ifeoma, amidst facing criticism from online trolls.
In her recent response, Ivy Ifeoma addressed allegations of being a husband-stealer head-on. She clarified that she played no part in the dissolution of Paul and Anita’s marriage, stressing that misinformation had misled many.
Furthermore, she underscored that she embarked on a relationship with a man who was completely single. She urged those inclined to perpetuate falsehoods and gossip to recognize the harm they were causing.
Paul Okoye, backing her position, pointed out the tendency of numerous internet users to sensationalize all divorces and to search for scapegoats for their own amusement.
“Some of y’all wish and think all divorces must be toxic, looking for someone to blame so that y’all can be entertained lol”.

Anita initiated divorce proceedings against Paul Okoye in 2022, citing various reasons such as infidelity, separation, neglect, fraudulent behavior, and challenging circumstances.
A year later, the Abuja High Court in Maitama finalized the divorce between Anita and Paul Okoye, awarding Anita a monthly settlement of $20,000 along with several of her husband’s properties.
Subsequent to the divorce, Paul embarked on a new relationship with an influencer. During an Instagram live session, he disclosed that he had been single for four years prior to meeting his current girlfriend, Ivy Ifeoma.
In January, Ivy Ifeoma discussed the challenges of being romantically involved with a high-profile celebrity. She acknowledged feeling hurt by negative comments directed towards her online but expressed her determination to remain resilient.
She recounted how criticism escalated once her relationship with Paul became public knowledge. Despite attempting to ignore the negativity, she found being labeled a homewrecker particularly distressing.
Recently, a video featuring Ivy prompted speculation about her pregnancy among internet users.
However, Ivy swiftly addressed the rumors, humorously remarking that people have been speculating about her pregnancy since the year 1960.
