Big Brother’s huge return surprise appears to have been spoiled by housemate Pere, who discovered when Nini returned to the house.

Nini returned to the house early Thursday morning after being away for the previous 24 hours with the intention of surprising the housemates in a few hours.

Detective Pere, on the other hand, appeared to be one step ahead of the game. The 36-year-old former US soldier warned Saga, who was camped in the living room, shortly after her entry. Both housemates entered the Blue room, where Nini was soundly sleeping.

Pere had speculated that there might be a secret way in and out of the house during Wednesday’s 20-minute hunt for Nini, which saw housemates look in the strangest locations of the house, including cabinets, sinks, and mattresses. Biggie’s trick came the closest to being discovered by the housemate.

Nini should hopefully be rewarded handsomely for following Biggie’s prank instructions. On Tuesday, the housemate was told to play a joke on the other housemates by leaving the house for 24 hours.

Saga took the worst of the fallout from her departure, as one might expect. For hours, the flatmate was trending for visibly mourning his sweetheart.
