After weeks of competition involving over 3000 singers from across the country, Kingdom Kroseide emerges the winner of this year’s Nigeria idol. For everyone, the finale was an emotional one.

From the 11 that made it to the live shows from the audition stages, Kingdom, Francis, Akunna, Comfort, and Faith Jason were the top five.
The competition progressed from the last five to the final two contenders, Kingdom and Francis, who faced off on Sunday in a fiercely contested battle that saw Kingdom emerge victoriously.

Some of Nigeria’s top talents performed on the finale night, including Ayra Starr, Mavin’s newest member, who played her song “Away,” and award-winning musician Patoranking, who performed his new hit “Celebrate Me”. Chike, an R&B singer, joined Francis Atela on stage for a stunning duet of his song “Roju” While Kingdom and Cobhams Asuquo, a legendary producer, teamed up.
Kingdom receives a cash reward of N30 million, a brand new SUV, and a six-track EP recording agreement as to the winner (3 music videos included).
He’d also receive an all-expenses-paid vacation to Seychelles, a weekend excursion to Dubai for two, a Bigi branded refrigerator and a year’s supply of Bigi drinks, a DSTV Explorer fully installed with a 12-month premium subscription and a variety of Tecno devices.
