Stella Damasus urges women to learn Martial art to defend themseleves.

According to the actress, women who learn how to defend themselves against abusive men will help to decrease the act.
The actress expressed this while responding to some men who commented on her Instagram page about a short clip from a movie she posted.
In the video, a woman discovered her husband cheating on her, and instead of crying or denying it, she attacked him with her martial skills.

“For me posting that video was not in any form promoting domestic violence,”
Damasus claims she posted the video in order to show a different side of the story. Compared to the typical Nigerian film, in which the husband abuses or throws the wife out of the house.
Those who questioned the actress’ motivation for releasing the video were slammed by her.
She went on to suggest that women who are victims of domestic violence learn a martial art to defend themselves against their abusive partners.
