Nicole Young Suffers Huge Blow in Dr. Dre divorce

Nicole Young has reportedly taken a huge blow in her controversial divorce case. According to TMZ reports, a judge has denied her $1.5 million request to settle her day-to-day needs along with her request to ‘accelerate’ her $5 million legal fees.

Nicole Young filed for divorce from her spouse of 24 years Andre Romelle Young AKA Dr. Dre in June, citing “irreconcilable differences” and the proceedings have escalated into a messy and controversial scrap. Along with other demands, Young claimed she owned the Dr. Dre trademark along with his 1992 debut album The Chronic.

Young also demanded $2 million per month in spousal support in addition to her $5 million lawyer fees, which generated a lot of controversy on social media.

The divorce scandal has dragged on for the last 4 months, however, with this verdict going in Dr. Dre’s favour, the proceedings seem to be coming to an end.
