KEVIN HART CHARGED WITH $60M LAWSUIT OVER SEX TAPE.

Kevin Hart and others are being sued $60m (£48.4m) by model Montia Sabagg over a 2017 sex tape.
In the lawsuit, Sabagg claims she was secretly filmed having consensual intercourse with the comedian in a Las Vegas hotel room.
Sabang accuses Hart, his former friend Jonathan Todd Jackson, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and other related companies of intentional infliction of emotional distress, violations of privacy and negligence.
n the suit, Sabagg claims she “had no knowledge that the intimate activity” depicted in the footage of her and Hart “was being recorded”.
According to the suit, the video was published online on September 2017.
At the time, Hart claimed he was being extorted and Jonathan Todd Jackson was arrested and charged with extortion, but he has pleaded not guilty.
