Onyekuru, Simon, Aina, 4 Others Hit Super Eagles Camp in Asaba

Galatasaray forward, Henry Onyekuru and six other invited Super Eagles players arrived the Elomaz Hotel in Asaba, Delta State on Monday ahead of Saturday’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against South Africa in Johannesburg
Onyekuru who ended his six-game goal drought in style scoring twice to help Galatasaray to a 3-0 win over Kayserispor in a Turkish Super Lig game last Saturday led the likes of Moses Simon and Ola Aina to the camp on Monday.
Other early arrivals to the Super Eagles camp include the quartet of Mikel Agu, Olamilekan Adeleye, Jamilu Collins and Enyimba goalkeeper, Theophilus Afelokhai.
Other players like Kenneth Omeruo, Bryan Idowu and Samuel Chukwueze are expected later in camp on Tuesday.
Completesportsnigeria.com checks reveal that the team will train tomorrow at the Stephen Keshi stadium and that will be open to the public, while the other training session from Wednesday will be behind closed doors.
The squad is due to fly out to Johannesburg on a chartered flight Friday morning.
The Super Eagles will look to garner all three points against the Bafana Bafana on Saturday to seal qualification for the 2019 Africa Cup Of Nations in Cameroon after missing out on the last two editions in 2015 and 2017.
Nigeria top Group E of the 2019 AFCON qualifiers with nine points, one more than Bafana Bafana who sit in the second position with eight points.
Libya occupies the third position with four points, while Seychelles, with one point, are at the bottom.
The AFCON qualifier against South Africa will be played on November 17 at the FNB stadium in Johannesburg and three days later, the Eagles will host Uganda in a friendly in Asaba.
