RMD Celebrates AMAA Win With Heart-Melting Note: “I am So Grateful”

Congratulations, again, to Richard Mofe-Damijo.
In case you missed it, last night at the 2018 edition of the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) held in Kigali, Rwanda, RMD was announced the winner for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his exceptional performance in the movie, “Crossroads.”
Now, the legendary actor who is currently in Accra, Ghana, has taken to his Instagram to write a note in which he looked back at how far he has come, how much he loves his profession and his gratefulness to all those who continue to support him.
“You see, none of my parents made it to 60 years old. So to be 57 and healthy and winning awards in a profession I love so much just makes me super grateful today,” he said, adding, “This is me using this opportunity to say thank you to my fans and everybody else that has made my journey a beautiful one.”
And he said a lot more.
